Linda Hitzemann

  • Hello, my name is Linda Hitzemann!

    I’m the owner of LTD Construction Consulting, where I work closely with clients to help turn their house into a space they truly love. I care deeply about creating renovations that are not only functional and practical, but also warm, timeless, and personal to each family. One of my favorite parts of this work is building meaningful relationships with the people I get to work alongside throughout the process.

    I’ve always believed in being a lifelong learner, which led me back to school in 2018 at Metropolitan Community Collegeto pursue construction and remodeling education. I earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Construction and Building Science and Construction Management, graduating with a 4.0 GPA, along with a career certificate in General Construction and Remodeling. Through both hands on projects and education, I’ve had the opportunity to grow my skills while helping create spaces that families can enjoy for years to come.

Maddy Kuiper

Executive Assistant

  • Maddy joined LTD Construction in the spring of 2026 as an Administrative Assistant. She graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2023 with a degree in Child, Youth, and Family Studies.

    At LTD, Maddy supports a wide range of day-to-day operations, including client communication, project organization, photo documentation, measurements, and administrative support. She enjoys working alongside Linda, learning about the construction industry, and being part of the transformation process that turns a client's vision into reality.

    One of her favorite parts of the job is seeing the before-and-after results of each project and witnessing the impact a well-designed space can have on a family’s home.

LTD = Living the Dream

I love my family (husband, two boys, and wheaten Chloe), playing tennis or pickle ball, biking, traveling, cooking, spending time outdoors, and of course, construction management. I am so excited to begin this journey and see where ‘Living the Dream’ takes my customers.
